If you have filled out the memo/tag incorrectly or forgot to fill it out, please provide the following information to Cwallet customer service. Official support channel: https://cwallet.com/help/s

• Token name and chain/network

• What is the amount of your deposit?

• TXID/Hash of your transaction

• The correct memo/tag

• Deposit address

• Cwallet account ID

• The screen recording video of your transaction record from the withdrawal platform. Note: Screenshot is not acceptable.
